Who We Are - Berardi Immigration Law

In June of 2005, Rosanna Berardi, Esq. founded the Law Office of Rosanna Berardi, P.C. a full-service immigration law firm.

Ms. Berardi launched the firm in 2005 after five years of experience with the former Immigration & Naturalization Service (“INS”) and six years of experience at a large, multinational law firm in Buffalo, New York.

The mission of the Law Office of Rosanna Berardi was to provide top-notch immigration services to both individual and corporate clients.

Our mission remains the same today.  In April of 2008, we changed our name to Berardi Immigration Law and moved into a brand-new office suite, located 20 minutes from the U.S.-Canadian border.  Our team consists of former INS employees and experienced paralegals and administrative staff.  We continue to provide our clients with exceptional service and strive to make a move to the U.S. as easy and stress-free as possible.
